THE BUSINESS CHALLENGE

GC Ingredients wanted to launch a new product line. The website redesign was required as a new identity was to be established for the upcoming product line. They reached out to us to design a brand identity for the new product line and redesign their corporate website.

THE APPROACH

At Markivis, we believe proper understanding is the key to building an action plan for any problem statement. Thus, we focused on understanding our client’s vision, requirements, and expectations regarding the whole project. To solve their challenges, our team divided this project into three parts:

  • Redesigning the corporate website
  • Building brand identity for the new product line
  • Creating brand awareness through LinkedIn marketing

At the beginning of the first phase, the challenge was to define the right way forward with respect to making a different website for the new product line or including it on the existing corporate website. After a few detailed consultancy sessions with us, a plan was designed to leverage the traffic of existing buyers on the corporate website and a decision to go with one website was taken. The website would include a subdomain for the new product line. 

We initiated the project by redesigning their website. The project was detailed and included the following steps: 

  • Research and competitor analysis
  • Web development and designing of the website
  • Modifying the existing content & curating new content
  • Properly categorizing the products

Designing creatives like; banners as per the needs. Meanwhile, simultaneously we kept working on building the brand persona of the new product line, and according to that, we suggested a few brand names to our client, out of which he chose PRIMARIA NUTRITION. Primaria is a Spanish word that means primary, and collectively this term means primary nutrition, which is the exact business that the client is into.  

As the project unfolded, we finalized the brand name of the new product line, set the brand tone, got the website design and content developed, and started working on the other collaterals like; visiting cards, brochures, and event booth designs.

Now comes the final part of this project, where we established Primaria nutrition on a popular social media platformLinkedIn, which was relevant to the client’s needs.The motive of the client to do social media marketing was brand awareness.Since the brand entered the social media ecosystem from ground zero, we started with organic social media marketing. Our team did in-depth research on the competitors and target audience. This helped us curate informative and creative content around healthy lifestyles (in context with our client’s products) that could engage the viewers, help them understand the brand’s crucial messaging, and convert them into potential buyers.
